The client found us online, by searching for experts in the Burlington, Ontario area to work on a bespoke kitchen and home renovation project that they had in mind. Impressed by our reviews, and our website, the customer wanted to know more, and they liked the way we run our company. 

One of the other things that appealed to the client is the fact that all of our experts are employed in-house, ensuring that we have the best talent working for us. On top of that, we also build our own customized kitchen cabinets based on clients’ specifications. This is something that was very appealing to the client and piqued their interest when it came to kitchen and main floor renovation ideas.

Something unique that we could offer the client was the opportunity to see the project before actually committing to us. The way we could offer this was by using leading industry 3D software, allowing us to design and digitally build the kitchen and demonstrate our design skills. Following this, the client decided to take a trip to our showrooms in Stoney Creek so he could get a better feel for us as a company.

We had a chat about exactly what he was looking for from the project. The client wanted us to remove the load-bearing wall to open up the kitchen, living room, and dining room. He then wanted a brand new kitchen built which offered large island seating, and would complement and new open-plan living room, pushing the kitchen to the focal point of the home, and helping make it one of the most sociable rooms. 

Having got an idea of what the client wanted from the project, we then arranged to visit his home to get a feel for the property and gauge the practicalities of any work. This helped us when it came to budgeting, as well as coming up with a budget for the work that needed doing. Then we used our acclaimed software to get a 3D rendering of the main floor and kitchen area, so the client could get an idea of what to expect. 

Alongside this, we were able to get the layout spot-on, which allowed us to choose the perfect materials and colours from the showroom to add the finishing touches. The client was able to run the rule over all the materials we were going to use and could view them when we 3D rendered them.

Once the project was underway, we were able to make tweaks and changes along the way, and seeing how excited the customer was made us excited and inspired as well. The client was able to view the idea in their headstart coming to life, and as we drew up plans and precise drawings, we were able to breathe new life into the project.

• The white shaker style kitchen cabinetry really modernized and lightened up the new space 
• The beautiful wide plank Engineered hardwood floor by Torlys 
• The Bright white quartz countertops with a ridgeline edge complemented the new cabinetry perfectly and also added a nice contrast with the new hardwood flooring 
• The client’s choice of backsplash choosing from our trusted supplier Sarana Tile complimented this kitchen perfectly.
