of your project, using recently completed bathroom projects as benchmarks. This gives you a realistic investment
range before you decide to move into the Design & Planning Phase.
3D Layout, Design & Material Selections (Design & Planning Phase)
This is the Design & Planning Phase. We produce detailed 3D layouts of your new bathroom and review
key selections including tile, plumbing fixtures, vanities, lighting, flooring, paint colours, cabinetry, and
hardware. Your real selections are added into the 3D visuals so you can see your bathroom exactly as it will
look.
Because everything is finalized in this phase, our contracts are accurate and predictable—no vague allowances,

Construction & Remodel
Once the design is approved, our in-house trades follow the plan exactly as created. Plumbing, electrical,

Final Walkthrough & Completion
